For all reservations, this hotel requires a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax when booking. Payment by check, money order, or major credit card with expiration date is accepted.

Upon completing your registration for ISTAT Americas, you will find a housing booking link conveniently provided in your confirmation email.
 

Cancellation Policy

The JW Marriott Desert Ridge requires all reservations be guaranteed with an advanced deposit equal to one night's room and tax that will be taken at time of booking. Should a guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund the deposit, provided notice of cancellation is given (21) days prior to arrival.
