**The Airline Focus Initiative grants a free corporate membership to airlines and complimentary registration for ISTAT events. Review the criteria to see if you qualify for the Airline Focus Initiative.
***This registration only includes access to evening events. Non-industry guest registration is reserved for significant others and family members not currently employed in the aircraft trading industry. Business partners and colleagues are not eligible to register as guests and must register for a full conference pass.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
$250 processing fee for all cancellations before 7 January 2024. After that time, there will be a cancellation fee of $500 until 22 February 2024. No refunds for registrations cancelled after 22 February 2024. Cancellations must be emailed for refunds to be issued. Name substitutions are allowed to transfer a paid registration to another colleague. Registrations cannot be transferred or applied as a credit to a future event. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. There will be no refunds for any guest registrations or add on options. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately.

The meeting areas below are reserved for your company by day from 8:30 to 17:00, for personal or corporate use. All reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: All meeting participants must be registered for the conference.
SOLD OUT: The Deal Zone: Semi-Private Meeting Pods
The Deal Zone is a dedicated, semi-private meeting pod (maximum five persons per table) furnished with a table and chairs available for purchase for $1,750 per day.
MTG Space: Reserved Tables
MTG Space is an open space equipped with tables and chairs, ensuring you always have a place for a meeting. Each table can accommodate up to four people at one time. Tables are available for purchase for $550 per day.
Private Meeting Rooms
Private meeting rooms are also available for purchase for $5,500 per two-day span. To reserve a private meeting room, please contact email@example.com. *Rates for Private Meeting Rooms are subject to change.
