Members: If you are an ISTAT member, first log in with your username and password. ISTAT members MUST renew their membership prior to registering for this event. If you have any additional questions, please contact istat@istat.org.

To provide a service to long-standing members who may be in temporary need who are between jobs and meet certain guidelines, ISTAT provides complimentary admission to many of ISTAT's events. If you are in need and believe that you may be eligible for this program, please reach out to Julie Wichlin, ISTAT’s Executive Director, at executivedirector@istat.org. 

Non-Members: If you are not an ISTAT member, membership includes year-round benefits, including Jetrader, the annual membership directory, discounts to conferences and admission to receptions around the world.

**The Airline Focus Initiative grants a free corporate membership to airlines and complimentary registration for ISTAT Americas, EMEA, Asia and Latin America. Review the criteria to see if you qualify for the Airline Focus Initiative.

***This registration only includes access to evening events. Spouse registration is reserved for significant others and family members not currently employed in the aircraft trading industry. Business partners and colleagues are not eligible to register as guests and must register for a full conference pass. 

****A new in-depth workshop is being offered on 7 May, adding supplementary education and opportunities for attendees to connect. Topics will cover how to structure an operating lease, credit and airline risk analysis and technical asset management. Separate registration is available for workshop participation.

Cancellation Policy: $100 cancellation fee for airline members. $250 processing fee for all other cancellations before 12 March. After that time, there will be a cancellation fee of $500 until 30 April. No refunds for registrations cancelled after 30 April. Cancellations must be emailed for refunds to be issued. Name substitutions are allowed to transfer a paid registration to another colleague. Registrations cannot be transferred or applied as a credit to a future event. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. There will be no refunds for any guest registrations or add on options. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately.

This event is restricted to registrants over the age of 21.

Please note that a visa is required for entry into Shanghai. As timing to receive visas may vary, please, plan to apply early.
